Short Biography

I obtained my PhD in Nanotechnology and Nanoscience by Nova School of Science and Technology on November, 2024. My research
focus is on memristive devices and thin-film transistors based on oxide semiconductors. My enthusiasm by this topic is further
evidenced by my research output with 16 published articles in international journals, 6 as main author (h-index of 10 as of
November 2024). As an active scientist, I have attended 10 conferences/seminars with 5 oral and 5 poster presentations, and
my work has been distinguished by 5 international/national awards. Moreover, as a member of a research team in academia, I
have monitored over 9 students through their master’s thesis, being supervisor of 2 at the moment. I am strongly involved
in teaching activities in undergraduate courses such as “Electronic Data Collection and Storage” and “Microelectronics I”.
I also have experience in management through my work as clean room lithography lab manager since 2021 and more recently as
Satellite Research Area leader of Micro and Nanopatterning at Cenimat|i3N.
